Refund policy

Please contact us via e-mail (info@emilyrollings.com) if you would like to return an item. For returns from the UK we offer a free tracked returns service. Emily Rollings accepts returns within 10 working days of receipt, given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please include a note with your name or order number. Once we receive the product at the studio, we will notify you via email and issue a refund on your card, though shipping costs are non-refundable.
