Shipping policy

Emily Rollings carefully prepares and packs each order from our studio. Orders ship Monday to Friday. We offer free Tracked 48hr shipping on all UK orders over £50.

All orders are prepared and packed within 3 business days.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship all domestic orders via Royal Mail and Parcelforce. Please note that Emily Rollings does not charge a handling fee. All shipping costs are based solely on weight and destination.

International Shipping

Please note international orders have extended delivery times. Transit times may vary greatly due to customs. Emily Rollings is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments.

Shipping to the EU and Import VAT

Customers in the EU should be aware that Emily Rollings Limited charges EU VAT on purchases from EU member countries. This service is provided by a third party IOSS intermediary company called EAS.  EU sales taxes will be added at checkout and paid to the relevant EU country. No further fees should apply to EU customers orders.
